Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 1-3 working days 
• Other Governorates: 2-5 working days    

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Because all MER EK orders are fully insured, couriers are not permitted to open packages at the time of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
